In 2015, realizing that it was important to formalize the integration process for new adjusters, TQS decided to create the TQS Academy. This now has around ten training modules (adjustment and maintenance of a vibrating bowl, calibrating a machine according to the KEEPSO methodology, etc.), representing around 40 hours of theoretical lessons and at least as many for practical applications in the field.
This learning is intended to provide qualifications, since each of the modules is recognized by an assessment. We offer our customers the opportunity to take advantage of these training courses for their sorting machine adjusters.
This training allows new adjusters to work their way into a new profession in a structured manner and so offer them prospects in a booming market.
Similarly, the TQS Academy is one of the foundations of the success of TQS franchise projects.
